the SOB

Bloggers, calm thyselves.

This once tight knit and tiny group has grown and is now thriving, housing new bloggers, new ideas, new humor and input. Our core is still the same; that heart of gold that (let's face it) is pretty much the entire population of intelligent and awesome people in southern Oregon. What was once a 10 minute round to check updates on every good blog in the valley is now an hour long process. We have ushered in music experts, thesaurus users, word inventors, and assholes*.

Some of us were preoccupied last year, while others stayed dedicated. Some think their opinion is the be-all, end-all of what is "in." Some of us really need to invest in a spell checker.

All I want to say is that you are my family. A really big, disorderly family that drinks too much and hooks up with each other, but a family nonetheless. Whether or not there is a leader of the SOB has yet to be determined, but with our powers combined.....

*Eric recently named me 'worst blogger of the year'. He's not really that much of an asshole.
